This is the 1st time I have ever had a carpet cleaning service in NYC. I saw that this company had a high rating online and contacted them. The guy who came to the door for a free estimate offered to do the job immediately. I found out later that he was the CEO of the company. he personally supervised the job, was professional, fan, thorough fair and personable. He did a 300 dollar job for 200 dollars flat and probably saved me from losing my 2000 dollar deposit over rug stains. Seemed to care about his work and his customers. I plan to use them again in the near future for a larger job.

Before the holiday season I always like to have my carpets cleaned. recently the Company Ive used in the past, are not in service anymore, So it was time to look for another company. I had 2 companies come over for free Estimates, and New York Carpet Shampoo was very impressive. They shampooed my whole carpet around the house, and my off white carpet doesn't look brown anymore! They also gave me a holiday discount, Ill be happy to use them again next year.
