THIEVES...REALLY POOR JEWELRY AND SERVICE.
I purchased earrings from Etron on 4/16/08. We discussed at purchase the locks were very loose and I should take them to a repair shop to be fixed. I did this, and paid an additional $20, but the earrings cannot be fixed. They do not have any similar earrings, nor can they order any additional, so I have requested a refund, which they will not process. They now have the original, broken earrings and $180 of my money. The owner has told me she will process a refund (see email below) but I have not received it.

Email from Etron dated May 12, 2008: You are a VERY bitter and mean person. The way you talk to people is rude and obnoxious , I will refund you the money NOT because I'm scared that you will report me to the Better Biz Bureau ( I have been in business for 21 years and don't have one bad experience) only because of the fact that I'd do not want to see you in my store ever again and I regret the moment I thought to my self that you are one nice person.
