Wedding Rings Original was a huge disappointment. My husband and I had a horrible experience with these folks, who came recommended to us from decades ago. Sadly, Wedding Rings Original has seriously declined with age. The owner is a grouch, the prices are ridiculous. I ordered an intricate floral design ring, and the display version was seamless and perfect. When I received mine, there was a big clunky seam where the flowers joined together. Plus, it was the wrong size! Wedding Rings Original wouldn't admit to error due to their arrogance. Don't waste your time here.

Wedding Ring Originals has a great selection of rings, and provide you with good ideas and advise leading to the purchase. But the service after the purchase is less than perfect. When my ring came in, it was a little loose, so they advised me to wear it for a couple of months (and into the summer), just to be sure before I resize it. When I went back after 4 months they offered no real solution to my problem and frankly did not treat me in a nice manner. Even telling me I was too late for them to do anything, while it was their idea to wait in the first place. That is not what you expect after spending more than $3500 on rings there! Conclusion: good selection of rings, OK service before purchase, bad follow up service.
