After being on the waitlist for over a year, my 2 and a half year old daughter has been at Wee Care for a year and a half. Although when we began there was a director who many didn't care for and turnover seemed higher than desirable, in the last 6+ months the Center has really blossomed. My daughter absolutely loves the time she spends there, adores the friends she has made, loves the teachers and director, and has learned an incredible amount. Her class has a monthly calendar which includes daily planned activities - eg, art projects, teachers take the kiddies to Carl Schurz, the library, even a lunch field trip to Big Daddy's (and I believe are responsible for my daughter's improved behavior in restaurants!). During "Letter L" week they took the students to a store to buy lemons and then they made lemonade. Our family couldn't be happier with our daughter's care and development - she is truly thriving.

Do not make the same mistake we did. This basement daycare center is the worst of the worst. The owner does not care about the school and does not spend one penny of the overpriced tuition on the children. It is VERY dirty and I saw rodent feces on the floor where children play on more than one occasion. The teachers are underpayed and are not given the supplies they need. My daughter loves her new center - Jellybean. Take a visit, you will love it. My wife and I also liked Bright Horizons which is also in the area.
